SHORT BREAKS
We all love the opportunity to get away at almost a moment’s notice. We normally book whole weeks from Saturday to Saturday but from time to time we get voids or cancellations. Please call and we‘ll see what we can do to provide an impromptu break. Let us know if it’s a special occasion!
Part weeks are usually charged at 66% of weekly rate.
Terms and Conditions:
- Booking and Payment - An additional deposit of £50 per week on top of the above rates is required to confirm a booking. The full amount is due 10 weeks before arrival. The deposit then becomes a surety deposit that will be refunded, provided no damage has occurred to the house and contents during your stay.
- Cancellations –
Prior to 10 weeks before rental – deposit only.
Within 10 weeks of rental – full payment required.
- Insurance – All guests are required to have adequate levels of insurance cover.
- Force Majeure – The owners of the property or their servants or agents will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following:- hostilities, war, threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather problems to transport, weather conditions or any other event beyond the owner’s control.
