Terms and Conditions:
- Booking and Payment - A deposit of £50 per week is required to confirm a booking. The full amount is due 10 weeks before arrival. The deposit then becomes a surety deposit that will be refunded, provided no damage has occurred to the house during your stay.
- Cancellations –
Prior to 10 weeks before rental – deposit only.
Within 10 weeks of rental – full payment required.
- Insurance – All guests are required to have adequate levels of insurance cover.
- Force Majeure – The owners of the property or their servants or agents will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following:- hostilities, war, threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather problems to transport, weather conditions or any other event beyond the owner’s control.
